The High Road Surgery is engaged in research projects with NHS Norclor. This means, that the surgery has been endorsed to provide support to external researchers. Your information may be used anonymously, but if you have any objections to your records being used, please write to our practice manager. Participation is voluntary and refusing to take part will not affect your care in any way.
