The surgery is working hard to provide you with a good health experience. We are particularly focused on providing you with great access. The following are some steps to help you in this process:

  1. For problems that can wait for 48 hours, please send in an econsult. Your can find the link on our website – Please specify what times suit you best for us to get back in touch with you. This enables us to direct you to the best service provider at the most appropriate time. If you are unable to use e-consult, please call when needed
  2. For problems that are more urgent, please call the surgery and inform reception of the nature of the problem and why it is urgent.
  3. For emergencies such as sudden chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or signs of a stroke, please call 999.
  4. Please bring photo ID with you to your appointments till the staff are familiar with you.
  5. Please update your mobile number and email address. We are using these details to contact our patients.
  6. We are trying our best to give you a good experience, but there are times when we will fail. We want to know when this happens. Please email [email protected] or speak to Zal at the practice.

We hope you have a good experience at the High Road Surgery.
